Dalian Chenyue New Material Co., Ltd. is a high-tech materials manufacturing enterprise integrating the design, production, sales, and OEM services of automotive interior materials, auto parts processing, and non-woven fabric products.

The company was originally established in 2001 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, under the name Shenyang High-Tech Zone  Hengyue non-woven Fabric Factory. In 2003, it relocated to Dalian, Liaoning Province, and was renamed Dalian Hengyue Non-woven Fabric Co., Ltd. In 2016, it was restructured as Dalian Chenyue New Material Co., Ltd., based in the China-Japan Eco-Demonstration City in Dalian.

The company covers over 26,000 square meters with 8 production workshops. It operates ten production lines, including needle-punch lines, spray adhesive lines, high-elastic cotton lines, a combined carpet foaming and shaping line, powder coating lines, hot melt adhesive film lines, laser cutting machines, and more. The annual production capacity reaches 6,000 tons. The company is organized into seven departments: Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Production, Quality Control, Warehousing, and R&D.

The company has successfully passed ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, IATF16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System, and inspections by the National Supervision and Inspection Center for Industrial Textile Products under the Liaoning Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. It is equipped with its own laboratory and over 20 types of testing equipment, forming a complete quality control and testing system that ensures product quality.

Currently, the company serves as a practical training base for Dalian Polytechnic University and maintains cooperative relationships with Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Polytechnic University, jointly dedicated to the design and R&D of non-woven products.
